Rate - The rate per virtual exhibitor is $10.
Exhibition Hours - The "Exhibitors" virtual space will be accessible to attendees during the length of the conference (see image below).
Cancellation Policy - Exhibitor fee is non-refundable.

Management Rights - Management reserves the right to restrict exhibits that become objectionable because of any images or materials that detracts from the general character of the CMRS Conference.
Use of Space - All images or other promotional material or activities must be confined to the limits of their exhibitor space.
The exhibitor is solely responsible for managing their exhibitor space in the "Exhibitor Lounge," which can be accessed under their personal dashboard.
